Clayton Perlman was born and raised in Florida, specifically around the Miami area. He had a great childhood in Florida and was able to enjoy everything that South Florida has to offer. His chosen career path into real estate development led him north to Northern New Jersey. He started having a great deal of success and ended up expanding into California, Utah, and Nevada.
Clayton Perlman spent a lot of time with his work in California. Real estate in that state was booming for many years in the 1990s and early 2000s. He had to work long days and nights to make sure all of his projects were moving along accordingly. Still, Clayton Perlman found time to get out and explore much of what California has to offer.
He has spent time in all of the major cities, including Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, and Sacramento. Each of those cities has a lot to offer and Clayton Perlman wasn’t able to see everything he wanted to while he was visiting, but it was still worth the visit.
In addition to checking out the more urban areas of California, Clayton Perlman made time to explore the varied wilderness of California, especially inland California. There are plenty of sights to see and plenty of beautiful areas for hiking and other activities. Clayton Perlman often thought back on his motocross days and realized that California certainly has a lot of great areas in which to participate in motocross. These days, Clayton Perlman tries to take a trip out to California every so often to check on business opportunities and explore.
One of the most difficult parts of business is dealing with disagreements and finding common ground on an important deal or venture. Clayton Perlman has had to deal with these situations year after year while working in real estate development. He has been in the field for over 14 years and got his start in Northern New Jersey in 1987.
When it comes to developing real estate, Clayton Perlman has to work with a variety of professionals and workers to get things done and to have them done in the most professional manner possible. Sometimes disagreements occur. When that happens, Clayton Perlman has to rely on his ability to negotiate and mediate between groups with different interests.
Negotiation and mediation are tough skills to master. It takes a certain kind of person to have the ability to see both sides of a story objectively. When it comes to business, oftentimes people can appear cutthroat, but in reality can be coaxed to see a better, mutually beneficial way to reach conclusions.
That mutually beneficial conclusion or deal is what Clayton Perlman strives to find for everyone he works with when a complication or disagreement arises. In addition to his negotiation skills, Clayton Perlman also knows a great deal about acquisitions, risk management, equity and mortgage financing, project management, real estate law, and much more. Clayton Perlman brings all of his professional knowledge to the table when it comes to working out a deal that works for everyone. Clayton Perlman can’t think of a better field of work to be in than where he’s working now.
